Take 15mins and look at the following sites and find election results.

Then give your view on the national results and the local results. Both the candidates and the initiative measures.

In South Dakota the votes were primarily republican. Noem was elected over Herseth as her main contender. Dennis Daugaard was elected to be our next governor. There was also major voting on bills such as legalizing medical marijuana and smoking bans. The bans will be inforced in most eating places but not im other common areas like hotel rooms.
In the National elections the elected senate reps were mostly democrats. Also in the National elections canidates for the next term for Presient are being determined.
